It all began at open mic nights in small saloons in Texas. Over the years, Jake established himself as an entertainer with the Austin TX, bar and restaurant scene. While in Austin, Jake attended ACC. Studying Music Business, Performance and Audio Technology, emphasis in Audio Engineering. This laid the framework for what was needed to develop skills within this sector of the Music Industry.
Once moving to Los Angeles at age 18, Jake quickly began his career as a Sound Engineer at the legendary 17 Hertz studio. Home to recording artists such as, Michael Jackson, Jimi Hendrix, Kiss, and Metallica, where the celebrated “Black Album” was recorded. Beginning as an intern, he learned the ins and outs of the recording and producing side of the industry, not long after, Studio life came to be a reality. Jake has maintained a burning passion for music, and all of this comes with hard work and dedication.
